Since her HIV diagnosis in 1992, Toni’s grown into an empowered activist who passionately advocates for greater awareness and understanding in greater society. Specifically under the U = U banner, the term coined for “undetectable =untransmittable”. 

Toni’s BA in Applied Psychology opened the door for a fulfilling career in self and organisational development with a local retail giant. She describes her professional path as “leaving footprints of hope” – and after 23 years, there is no stopping yet! 

Holistic wellness has improved her quality of life by bringing a strong sense of balance and peace. Always valuing the greater good equally, Toni honours her passion for sharing on a daily basis. Alongside a coaching role and community work, she facilitates corporate relaxation yoga. Never defeated by obstacles, she’s beaten all time constraints by pairing the yoga with lunch breaks!
